| Our organizational approach is based on the overall goal of contributing to the selfdevelopment abilities of individuals and groups in the community. A learner-centered approach is used in training programs and community participation is encouraged in all aspects of the organization. A volunteer pool of 20-30 people assists with community networking, fundraising, office administration, program development, advocacy, and other tasks. |
